**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**
We are seeking **Freshers and Experienced** Sales Coordinators who are highly motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to the efficiency and success of our sales team. Whether you are new to the field or have prior experience in sales coordination, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and helping the team achieve its sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales materials.
- **Order Management**: Process and track customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed and orders are processed smoothly.
- **Sales Reporting**: Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining up-to-date records on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of customer information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- **Lead Management**: Help manage and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and ensuring that leads are passed to the appropriate sales team members.
- **Coordination with Teams**: Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of products/services.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure that products are available when required.
- **Documentation & Contracts**: Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and other necessary paperwork to support sales processes and agreements.
- **Customer Feedback**: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to help improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **For Freshers**: A strong interest in sales operations and administrative tasks, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop in a sales environment.
- **For Experienced Professionals**: Proven experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or support roles with a clear understanding of sales processes and operations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients, sales teams, and other departments.
- **CRM & Sales Tools**: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage sales data and create reports.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to quickly resolve client issues, order discrepancies, or any administrative challenges to ensure smooth sales operations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail in handling orders, data entry, and managing sales documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on sales processes and goals.
- **Time Management**: Strong time-management skills to balance multiple responsibilities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as required.
**Education and Experience**:
- **Freshers**: A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Any relevant internships, volunteer work, or sales coursework is a plus.
- **Experienced Professionals**: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and order management systems is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment is a plus.
