Job DescriptionProfile: Sales Coordinator (Females Only)

Basic Qualification:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Required: 2 to 6 years

Field of Experience: Sales Coordination/Sales Backend Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and updating order statuses.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize for achieving sales targets.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, maintain updated contact information, and track sales activities while ensuring data accuracy.
- Sales Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other sales-related events. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling.

**Required Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
