**Job Role: Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad.**

**Salary: 20k to 30k**

**Experienced: 1-2 Years in Sales**

As a sales coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful sales training programs.

Your responsibilities will include auditing client call recordings, conducting needs assessments, designing training materials, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with company objectives.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps within sales teams.

Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, role-playing exercises, and sales tools.

Deliver training sessions in various formats, including classroom, online, and one-on-one coaching.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills.

Track and measure training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.

Stay updated on sales trends, best practices, and industry developments.

Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and measure the impact of training programs.

**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to create engaging and interactive training programs.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using training software and tools.

Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field preferred.
