**About the Role**:
We are seeking **Freshers and Experienced Internal Sales Coordinators** to join our team If you're highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and are excited about supporting the sales process from behind the scenes, this role could be a great fit for you. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding sales-related inquiries and order processing.
- Coordinate and support the sales team by managing schedules, updating CRM systems, and preparing sales reports.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
- Assist with creating sales proposals, quotations, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the operations team.
- Manage communication between customers and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Track sales leads and assist with maintaining a pipeline for future sales opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet team objectives.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and documents for client meetings as needed.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM systems and order processing.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus, but training will be provided for freshers.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to address client needs and ensure they are met promptly and efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration**: Able to work effectively within a team, providing support to both sales and operations.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using various tools for communication, reporting, and task management.
- **Freshers**: Eagerness to learn and develop within the sales coordination field, with a focus on attention to detail and customer service.
**Desired Qualities**:
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
