**Mode of work: Hybrid ( 3 days office in a week)**
**Shift: UK Shift**

**Required Skills**:

- ** Incident Management**: Hands-on experience managing incidents, handling support tickets, and resolving issues according to SLA timelines.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues in production environments.
- ** Monitoring & Tools**: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, New Relic) and log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack).
- ** Version Control**: Basic experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with teams.

**Qualifications**:

- B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MCA

**Additional Information**:
Possible in UK Shifts 1PM - 10M IST
