Strong support skills with SQL, PLSQL, Triggers, and Packages.
Exposure to ITIL Framework, understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Troubleshooting and good development experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or any other RDBMS.
Working knowledge of PL, SQL.
Understanding of JAVA Web Services, Microservices, Angular, Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
Experience working on IT Service management tools like Service Now.
Knowledge of Linux and scripting.
