- As a TM/Line Incharge you will be part of the Project Engineering team and will report to Head-NPD Plastic & Frame.
The purpose of your role will be to lead the execution of new models across HMCL plants by participating & organizing various trial events and ensuring the successful completion with various interdepartmental / intradepartmental sections / areas across the HMCL plants & other functions.**A purpose driven role for you**
- New model Fuel tanks design study & feasibility feedback to design team for manufacturing, trial related to design verification.- New Models Fuel tanks, pre-production events coordination and process study for feasibility- Prepare proposal for vendor selection for development of tooling/weld infra by defining the scope, floating RFQ, estimating tooling cost, evaluating & comparing vendor quotation with
estimation and supporting Team Lead/Section Head for negotiation & finalization of the vendor for ordering.- Coordinate & perform trials for new machines & infra, Installation, commissioning & handover after rectification- Existing models process or quality related improvement trials.**A Day in the life**
- Studying design and providing manufacturing feasibility along with team lead, preparing necessary feedback for suggested improvement & trials for study.- Coordination for new model events related to fuel tank, process feasibility study, highlighting the issues if in design or in process- Procurement of required infra for new model requirements, mass production technology enhancement & other infra needs- Ordering, DAP, Monitoring, installation, commissioning & handover of infra as per requirements**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma having 6-9 Years’ of experience in project Engineering dept. in Press & Weld Section**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Design, product & process knowledge
Trials conduction experience
Problem rectification and root cause analysis
Project coordination skills
Machines knowledge & commissioning competencies
Software (Microsoft, AUTOCAD, SAP, PLM, Draftsight, CATIA, Adobe PDF)**Behavioural Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills, Conflict resolution
Time & Planning management
Communication Skills for coordination
