- As the TM/LINE INCHARGE- MAINTENANCE-ENGINE you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Maintenance Head
- Maintenance
To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Machine Shop) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Responsible for the planned maintenance as well as any unplaneed breakdown repairs of production machinery. Will lead a team of ITI & contractuals workforce for achieving the goals.**A Day in the life**
- 1. Must have experience in CNC, Robots, Gantry Systems, SPM, Gang head, Grinders, Conveyors
2. Must have experience in Robotic welding, Seam, Spot welding.
3. Must have experience in Tool changer, Coolant system and other peripheral of CNC.
4.Must have experience in Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems,
5. Must have experience in transmission system like belt, chain.
6. Well knowledge on Fanuc control CNC & Gantry system.
7. Preferred mc (Fanuc Robo drill, Fanuc Robot, Panasonic robot).**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-7 years of experience in industrial concerns, preferable Auto industry**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- 1. Problem solving tool along with FMEA.
2. Shift management
3. Man power handling
4. Daily work Management.
5. Spare part Management.**Behavioural Skills**
- 1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
