**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance**: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a wide range of automotive manufacturing equipment, including robotics, CNC machines, conveyors, and assembly line systems. Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform corrective repairs to get equipment back in operation quickly.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
- **Equipment Installation and Upgrades**: Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. Participate in projects to upgrade and improve existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
- **Facilities Maintenance**: Perform general maintenance tasks on the facility, including lighting, plumbing, and other building systems.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or other designated reporting methods.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Maintenance Executive, other technicians, and production staff to identify maintenance needs and support production goals.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, and report when supplies need to be reordered.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical or vocational degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering) is a plus.
- Multiple years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and procedures.
- Experience with using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming and troubleshooting.
- Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, welding).
- Experience with a CMMS or similar maintenance management software.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
