» **Date**:25 Oct 2024 **Location**: Gurgaon, HR, IN, 122001 **Company**:Hero Motocorp **Function** - Operations**Pay Band** - E4 to M2**Role** - As a TM -Line Incharge, you will be part of Project Engineering team and will be reporting to Section Head - NPD Engine & Gear.Your role will be to execute of new model manufacturing related to fuel tanks while pre mass production events, development of required infra for feasibility of manufacturing, coordination for execution from projects side. Technology development as per requirements in mass production or for new models, by executing trials and implementation. Procurement of required infrastructure, DAP, development, monitoring, coordination for installation and commissioning.**A purpose driven role for you** - Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1.New model Fuel tanks design study & feasibility feedback to design team for manufacturing, trial related to design verification. 2.New Models Fuel tanks, pre-production events coordination and process study for feasibility 3.Prepare proposal for vendor selection for development of tooling/weld infra by defining the scope, floating RFQ, estimating tooling cost, evaluating & comparing vendor quotation with estimation and supporting Team Lead/Section Head for negotiation & finalisation of the vendor for ordering. 4.Coordinate & perform trials for new machines & infra, Installation, commissioning & handover after rectification 5.Existing models process or quality related improvement trials.**A Day in the life** - Your role will be to execute of new model manufacturing related to fuel tanks while pre mass production events, development of required infra for feasibility of manufacturing, coordination for execution from projects side.
