- As a line incharge - New Tech & Steel phase you will be a part of Plant operations team and will report to Section Head - Central planning.Your role will be collaborate with the Team Lead and other team members to provide support in planning, evaluation, facilitating, ordering & execution of Capacity building initiatives with layout planning (develop Infrastructure for Steel Parts and Gears machining in Existing & New Plants) as well as development of Steel Parts and Gears for New Models as per Project Time Lines & Business Plan (ABP & MTP) requirements and Explore new technologies for productivity, quality improvement and process enhancement. Support in New Initiatives for system development for hassle-free SOP of new product and ECN in mass-production**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1.Capacity Building/Rationalising/ Quality: Assist the Team Lead for Ensuring capacities (Steel Parts and Gears m/cing) ahead of Demand in Existing & New
Plants to meet the Business plan targets (Vehicle & SPD)
2.New Model Development : Collaborate with Team Lead for Planning, Coordinating
with New Model Team/Plant CFT, for ensuring Timely completion of all the Responsibilities from Design to mass production with infra planning and design
optimisation of Steel Parts and Gears of New Models across HMCL plants as per Master schedule
3.Operational Excellence: Act as a central member of team to compile all important tasks of steel phase and central planning department and prepare OPCOM monthly review documents.
Prepare and revise SOPs of all the new and existing developed process of the vertical.
4.Digitalisation, Traceability, New Technology and Automation

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
3 ~ 5 Years in the Field of Project Planning, And Knowledge of New product
development processes, Process Planning & development, Equipment
Conceptualisation, Planning, Procurement, Capex management, People
development & Leadership**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Project Management: Planning, Co-ordination, Organising, communication
Knowledge and hands-on Experience of 2 wheeler manufacturing processes &
Understanding of inter-linkages among them
