**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic and international markets.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Product Presentation**: Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our web development and digital marketing services.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Proposal Creation**: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in the web development or digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international clients.
