**Job Title**:Security Supervisor

**Location**:Nasik.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and supervise security activities across multiple branches of the company to ensure consistent implementation of security policies and procedures.

2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of security measures at each branch to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

3. Provide guidance and support to security personnel at each location, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with branch managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.

5. Monitor security systems and alarms to detect and respond to security threats in a timely manner.

6. Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management, including recommendations for preventive measures.

7. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to address security issues and respond to emergencies effectively.

8. Stay updated on security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that security protocols are current and effective across all branches.

9. Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management and human resources, to address security-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

10. Manage the budget for security-related expenses, including equipment purchases, training programs, and security services, to ensure cost-effective operations.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in security management, with at least [X years] of experience in a supervisory role.

2. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

4. Thorough knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.

5. Ability to analyse security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

6. Familiarity with security technologies, such as surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security management or related fields is preferred.

8. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between branches.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Army background is a plus.

2. Previous experience in managing security operations across multiple locations.

3. Certification in First Aid, CPR, or other emergency response techniques.

**Salary**: ₹10,611.63 - ₹32,824.45 per month
