As a Security Field Officer at **ASCENT SECURITY & FACILITY MANAGEMENT**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets. You will be responsible for overseeing security operations, implementing security protocols, and managing security personnel in the field. Your primary objective will be to maintain a secure environment through proactive monitoring, effective communication, and prompt response to security incidents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activities, security breaches, or unauthorized access.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Maintain a visible presence and interact with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and other personnel assigned to the field, including assigning duties, providing training, and ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious behavior or security threats.
- Prepare detailed incident reports documenting security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, including patrol logs, incident reports, and shift summaries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
