Security Supervisor - Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision of Security Personnel
- Manage daily schedules, assignments, and rotations of security guards.
- Train and mentor new security staff.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

### **2. Incident Management**
- Respond to and manage security incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

3. Patrol and Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Identify and address potential security risks or breaches.

### **4. Access Control**
- Oversee access to restricted areas and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
- Manage visitor logs, ID verification, and access badges.

5. Risk Assessment and Prevention
- Evaluate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement preventive measures and security protocols to minimize risk.

6. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain logs of security activities, incidents, and maintenance of security equipment.
- Submit regular reports to management on security status and improvements.

7. Policy Implementation
- Enforce company policies related to security and safety.
- Assist in the development and revision of security policies and procedures.

8. Emergency Preparedness
- Lead evacuation procedures and drills.
- Ensure staff are trained in emergency response protocols (fire, medical, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
