Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of security measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to security staff on emergency response and first aid procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
