Security Supervisor

**Position Overview**

The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the security operations within an organization or designated premises. This includes supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, mitigating risks, and maintaining a secure and safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership & Supervision**:

- Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper conduct and adherence to protocols by all team members

**Security Operations**
- Monitor and manage daily security activities, ensuring smooth operation across shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.

**Incident Management**
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or breaches of security.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, including recommendations for preventive measures.

**Policy Implementation**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Update and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security staff.

**Risk Assessment & Mitigation**
- Identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Implement and maintain security technology such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.

**Training & Development**
- Organize training programs to enhance the skills and preparedness of the security team.
- Conduct regular drills for emergency situations such as fire, theft, or medical emergencies.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding security updates, challenges, and recommendations.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in security management are a plus.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in a supervisory role in the security field.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, safety regulations, and emergency response.
- Leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and software (CCTV, access control systems, etc.)

**Physical & Personal Attributes**
- Physically fit and capable of performing duties that may include standing for long periods, patrolling, or responding to emergencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Certifications** (preferred)
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or emergency response is an advantage.
- Relevant security certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
