**Campus Supervisor - Security and Discipline**
- To play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment conducive to learning and professional development.
- To oversee all aspects of campus security, as well as enforce disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the institution's standards of conduct.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, protocols, and procedures to safeguard the campus, its occupants, and assets.
- Supervise a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management, to ensure effective security operations.
- Conduct regular patrols of the campus premises, monitor security systems, and respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
- Enforce campus disciplinary policies and regulations consistently and impartially to maintain a respectful and orderly environment.
- Investigate incidents of misconduct, violations of rules, or disruptive behavior, and take appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a sense of community and shared responsibility for campus safety and discipline.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Defense background **is required.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team of security personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills to assess security risks and respond appropriately to various situations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
