**Skills**:
Operating Systems (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory )

VMware

Red Hat Linux (installation, configuration, and performance optimization).

Knowledge and hands on experience on CISCO Devices.

NMS (Monitoring tools and helpdesk)

Knowledge on data backup, VAPT, Cyber Security, HPC

Should have experience in Team handling

**Deliverables**:
Provide a single point of contact to all the users over the phone for Help Desk Support and overall project supervision.

Problem escalation in the event of service level not being adhered to. Escalation chart to be provided by the Bidder.

Provide and install software for call submission, allocation, escalation, prioritization, generating reports etc.

Identification and reporting of chronic faults and problems.

Maintain and update database of all the users present in the client campus as well as of all the OEMs with details like contact person, Tel. no, escalation matrix, response time and resolution time commitments etc.

Maintain and update IT Asset database of all networking, computing, printing and scanning devices present in Client Campus. Periodically verify the assets details and each asset for quick identification and tracking.

Follow up with OEMs and backend support team to ensure timely call rectification.

Ensure that the quality of deputed personnel in terms of communication, technical, language skills and qualifications are as per Scope of Work.

Biometric attendance report to be submitted by service provider on daily basis for each deployed manpower

Proactive data analysis and ensure continuous service improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
