**Responsibilities**:

2. **Project Management**: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that work progresses according to plan. Monitor project schedules and budgets to keep the project on track.

3. **Quality Control**: Ensure that workmanship meets quality standards and specifications. Inspect work completed by subcontractors and address any deficiencies.

4. **Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and workers. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues promptly.

5. **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

6. **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as design changes, material shortages, or unexpected site conditions.
