**Job Role: Site Supervisor**

**Job summary**

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This full-time, site-based role requires coordination with multiple teams to deliver high-quality projects in the Real Estate and Industrial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Management**: Coordinate and supervise all construction site activities to ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor construction work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, reviewing construction plans and blueprints.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular site inspections and safety audits.
- **Resource Coordination**: Manage the allocation of resources, including labor and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency on site.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Maintain open communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates.
- **Software Proficiency**: MS-Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 2-7 years of experience in site supervision in the real estate or industrial sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.A Civil or equivalent.

- Experience with industrial construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
