he Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at the construction site for real estate development projects. This role ensures that construction work progresses on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Site Supervisor coordinates with contractors, and serves as the primary point of contact between the project team and the workers on-site.
- Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and site workers, providing direction, motivation, and training as needed to ensure high performance, considering safty as a prior major.
- Organize and manage daily site activities, ensuring that materials, equipment, and personnel are available to meet project demands.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and construction site management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilites on field.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
