**Job Title: RCC Supervisor**

**Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Civil Background Preferred**
**Experience: 3-10 years in RCC execution (High-rise experience preferred)**
**Salary: UPTO 6LPA**

**Job Description - RCC Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and execute all RCC-related works such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, etc.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per structural drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and progress of RCC works.
- Check shuttering, formwork alignment, reinforcement as per BBS, spacing, cover blocks, and quality standards before concrete pouring.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer, contractors, and site teams to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure proper concrete mix, slump, cube testing, and curing activities.
- Maintain daily site records, labour productivity, material consumption, and DPR.
- Inspect scaffolding, shuttering supports, and safety arrangements before work starts.
- Follow up for materials like steel, shuttering, cement, and ensure timely availability at site.
- Check and ensure quality compliance of formwork removal (de-shuttering) at appropriate durations.
- Report site issues, technical deviations, or delays to the Site In-charge / Project Manager.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and ensure checklists are filled before and after execution.
- Maintain site discipline, safety protocols, and ensure workers follow PPE guidelines.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of RCC construction techniques.
- Ability to read structural drawings and BBS.
- Knowledge of shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete work.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large manpower teams efficiently.
- Basic MS Excel reporting skills (preferred).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per month
