*Job Description:*

We are looking for an experienced *Civil Site Engineer* to oversee and manage site activities for commercial and residential high-rise building projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in *RCC structures*, site supervision, and project execution as per approved drawings and standards.


*Key Responsibilities:*

* Plan, coordinate, and execute daily site activities.

* Supervise RCC structure works for commercial and residential high-rise buildings.

* Conduct due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.

* Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.

* Oversee and guide junior engineers, site supervisors, construction managers, technicians, and contractors.

* Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

* Inspect completed works and ensure alignment with project specifications and drawings.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.


*Required Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of RCC structure work and construction processes.

* Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.

* Ability to manage manpower and resources efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹46,354.86 per month
