**Job Description - Site Supervisor (Civil)**

Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth progress of work.
- Monitor labor work, subcontractors, and material usage on site.
- Ensure that construction is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and progress records.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for timely completion.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all stages of construction.
- Assist in planning and execution of project schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management practices.
- Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
