**Site Supervisor**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Job Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai**

**Key Profile: Civil, RCC, or Road Works**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:
Oversee the execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.

**Coordination & Supervision**:
Manage and supervise the site workforce, ensuring they have the necessary resources and are performing their duties effectively.

**Safety Compliance & Quality Controlling**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes, identify and manage potential hazards, and enforce safety protocols on the site.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the project

**Problem Solving**:
Identify and resolve problems as they arise

**Material & Equipment Management**:
Ensure that adequate materials and equipment are available on site and manage their usage to optimize project efficiency

**Must be adept at managing Site, labours and Machinery.**

**Requirement**:

- Min. Graduation Required in Same field or Work Experience in the Civil Construction/ Roadways/RCC (12th pass are also welcome)
- Knowledge of Site Equipment/Machinery
- Knowledge of Civil Softwares

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
