**Job Description: Site Supervisor**

**Job Location: CBD Belapur**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quantities Management**:

- Ensure accurate quantification of materials required for various construction activities.
- Monitor material usage and wastage to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the project team to forecast quantities needed for upcoming tasks.

**2. Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between different stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination among various teams involved in the construction project.

**3. Site Billing**:

- Oversee the billing process for the site, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the finance department to address any billing discrepancies or issues.

**4. Site Measurements**:

- Conduct regular site measurements to track progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of site measurements for reporting purposes.

**5. Updates**:

- Provide regular updates to the project management team regarding site progress, challenges, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project developments.

**6. Material Procurement**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials required for construction activities.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.

**7. Material Registry**:

- Establish and maintain a comprehensive material registry to track all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of materials to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.

**8. Material Inventory**:

- Manage site inventory to ensure adequate stock levels of essential materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records to identify discrepancies and prevent shortages.

**Skills**:

- CAD
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Sketch up (Ar. & ID)
- AI based Softwares like ChatGpt

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Site supervisor: 2 years (required)
