Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Site Supervisor with a background in interior design to oversee and manage construction projects in accordance with design specifications and client requirements. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all interior design projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to established timelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and manage interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate and collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify any issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions.

Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and design documents to ensure accurate implementation on site.

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and fixtures required for the project, ensuring their availability when needed.

Manage and supervise on-site construction workers, including subcontractors, to ensure they follow project schedules and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with established standards and specifications.

Monitor project budget and expenses, and provide regular reports to the project manager or senior management.

Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on site, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing adherence to health and safety regulations.

Keep accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, photographs, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans.

Provide regular updates to the project manager, senior management, and clients regarding project status, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and materials.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and design specifications.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in ensuring project specifications are met.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.

Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

**Salary**: ₹8,792.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
