The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations on construction sites. This role ensures the effective implementation of project plans and schedules, enforces safety protocols, and monitors construction activities to comply with building specifications and standards. The supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for site workers and subcontractors and ensures that all parties adhere to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**: Oversee and manage construction projects from commencement to completion, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specified quality standards.
- **Supervision**: Direct and supervise the activities of site workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to construction plans and safety regulations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce strict safety and health guidelines on the construction site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections and ensure that construction activities comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive daily project report and manpower paperwork.
- **Resource Management**: Monitor the use of materials and equipment on the site and ensure that supplies are ordered and delivered as required.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and maintain construction schedules, including allocating work to different teams or subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software is advantageous.

Work Environment:
The role requires working on construction sites and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust. It may also require standing for long periods and occasional lifting of heavy objects. The Civil Site Supervisor may need to work extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines.
