**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Site Supervision**: Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and inspect all construction activities and materials, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and coordinate the work of site workers and subcontractors to align with project goals.
- **Progress Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.
- **Resource Management**: Ensure efficient use of materials and resources on-site, minimizing waste and managing supply logistics.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate or construction industry.
- **Education**: ITI in Building Construction with a specialization in Civil, or a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
