Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it’s personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ideate, manage, and execute social media strategies on leading social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure brand coherence and strict adherence to brand guidelines on such platforms
- Drive and elevate engagement levels across Newton School's social media sites through compelling content and interactive initiatives.
- Create low-touch programs to promote content across channels, with a key emphasis on social media channels
- Understand the impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly
- Produce high-quality video content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram and YouTube) that aligns with our brand's voice and messaging.
- Take the lead in Online Reputation Management (ORM).
- Collaborate with the team to create and curate shareable content—text, images, and videos—that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Demonstrate a collaborative spirit, offering constructive feedback to the design team.
- Experience in video production (shooting, acting, presenting, scripting) is a plus
**Requirement / Skills Required**:
- Graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Film, or related fields).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven expertise working as a Social Media Strategist or in a comparable role in a B2C brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficient in crafting compelling written and verbal communication, with the ability to create engaging and click-baity content.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, with hands-on experience in orchestrating and managing successful influencer collaborations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video content creation is a plus
- Experience with an ed-tech company is a plus.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, handling multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines.
