About The Role

As a Social Media Associate, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our community, and driving impactful marketing initiatives across various channels. Role And Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:

- Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a positive online community.
- Content Creation:

- Develop visually appealing content adhering to brand guidelines.
- Reel Shooting:

- Capture and edit short video content, including reels and stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative video concepts.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and suggest optimization strategies.
- Trends and Research:

- Stay updated on social media trends and tools.
- Conduct industry research for fresh and relevant content ideas.

Required Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience in hands-on campaign management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong alignment to Hanan Dashti's cultural values.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with an understanding of the fintech industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
