**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our growing team. As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, manage our online community, and help us achieve our social media objectives.

This internship will provide valuable experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital communication strategies. It's an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media and looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the creation and implementation of social media content calendars.

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Youtube,Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.).

Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience.

Research industry trends and new social media opportunities relating to the fintech industry.

Help develop and expand our community outreach efforts.

Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics or other tools and insights from native platforms.

Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms and best practices.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.

Creative thinker with an eye for design and ability to create engaging content.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience with social media management or digital marketing (personal or professional).

Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Not mandatory

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

Knowledge about finance and investing, so you are able to create content for a fintech company.
