As a **Social Media intern** at HumanKinds, you will have the opportunity to "rethink" social media strategies for Influencers and Content Creators. **You should have a stable social media presence across LinkedIn / InstagraM/Facebook.**Your English proficiency (spoken and written) & communication skills will be a valuable asset as you work alongside our team to learn, develop, and implement innovative "**Social Empowerment**" campaign strategies. **HumanKinds.org (HSF)**is a Section 8 company as per the Companies Act, 2013, registered with NITI Aayog, Government of India. We have collaborated with marquee partners like UN Volunteers, Y-EAST.org (Techno India group), Bhumi.NGO & LP4Y.org (French non-profit). **Key Responsibilities**: - Help discover other Influencers / Content Creators in Bangalore. - Be a college ambassador in Programs and Campaigns targeted toward students & women entrepreneurs. - Engage and empower female Entrepreneurs, Influencers, and Content Creators to achieve UN SDG alignment. - Monitor and track the performance of Campaign initiatives and provide regular reports to management. - Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives to promote social and educational causes. - Be a part of strategizing for the HumanCapital social impact fund. **Stipend**: HumanKinds will not pay a stipend to students, who are pursuing the internship as part of their completion of studies (academic courses). However, others interested in an internship with HumanKinds, will be paid stipend of INR 15,000 based on their experience and once they complete the internship tenure (3 months). **Academic Credits / Certificate**: HumanKinds cannot grant academic credits for an internship. Only the University can grant this. HumanKinds may assist the student, by providing relevant information requested by the academic department. Certificates will be issued to interns, on satisfactory completion of their internship assignment and submission of their outputs. Flexible work commitment. 1 day per week for campaigns, rest days WFH (work from home). The applicant might need to travel (within the city) to coordinate with clients & other stakeholders. **Experience**: College and University students with experience in college/university associations/clubs (Undergraduates, Masters). This is a flexible internship, previous work experience is not mandatory (but past experiences help us evaluate you better). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Mandatory**:Should have a stable social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook.** **Submission of Papers/Reports**: The interns will be required to submit an output (Presentation, Report, Paper, and Data) on the work at the end of the internship.
