**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Conduct research on current social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to inform content strategies.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Set and manage goals and KPIs for social media campaigns.

**Content Creation & Management**:

- Create engaging, original content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posts.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Regularly report on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze competitors’ social media activities to find opportunities for growth.

**Brand Building**:

- Ensure consistency in the company’s voice, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Align social media campaigns with brand identity and corporate objectives.
- Help maintain brand reputation through positive social media engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong content writing skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable & confident in creating and being in shoot based content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
