**Role Overview**:
As a **Social Media Intern** at apna.co, you will assist in managing our social media presence and engage with our community across various platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, contributing to the brand's growth and visibility.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Growing Followers of Social Pages**:Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Social Media Management**: Support the team in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across various social media channels.
- **Audience Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- **Research & Insights**:Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in executing social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations with influencers.
- **Performance Tracking**: Help track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- **Passion for Social Media**: A strong interest in social media platforms and trends, with a creative mindset.
- **Basic Design Skills**:Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the team.
- **AI Tools Proficiency**: Ability to use basic AI tools for content creation and optimization.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to brainstorm ideas and create engaging social media copy that resonates with the audience.
