Our team is passionate about improving the lives of those in need and we strive to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry. **Job Summary**: Work you will do "_As a Social Media Intern at MrMed", you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the website and app. You will create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and interact with the online community to foster a positive and engaging online presence for the brand."_ **Responsibilities**: - **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, that resonate with the target audience. - **Community Management**: Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to user comments, questions, and complaints on social media channels. - **Social Media Campaigns**: Help in executing social media campaigns to promote products, offers, and special events. - **Analytics and Reporting**: Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. - **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and changes in algorithms to leverage new opportunities effectively. - **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all social media content and interactions maintain a consistent brand voice and image. - **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers proactively, address their queries, and foster a positive online community. - **Crisis Management**: Reply to negative feedback with a calm and professional approach, coordinating with the relevant teams to resolve issues. **Requirements**: - Fresh out of college, having completed any degree—preferably a Bachelors/Masters in marketing or commerce - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices. - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset and the ability to come up with innovative content ideas. - Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. **Work Location**: WeWork Prestige Central, Ground Floor, 36, Infantry Rd, Tasker Town, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Morning shift Application Question(s): - Would you be agreeable to a two-month internship?
