**About Us**:
Flutch is an influencer marketing agency where brands meet content creators. We are revolutionizing how brands collaborate with content creators to tell compelling stories. Flutch is a team of IIT Madras alumni who have worked previously in startups and have extensive experience in digital marketing, data science, and advertising technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create Video content for various platforms and manage all social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with overall objectives.
- Monitor analytics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
- Video creation and editing skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
