Social Media Associate

The social media associate will help us create, publish and analyze content on social media channels to increase user engagement and followership.

Responsibilities include:

- Increase brand awareness and build SaaS thought leadership of Upekkha on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Create, modify and adhere to social media calendar to publish highly creative and engaging posts everyday
- Write powerful social media copies to increase engagement
- Analyze trends and optimize strategies to keep engagement higher
- Plan and meet social media requirements of all teams internally and achieve their set goals
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, event marketing campaigns and achieve results set for all campaigns

Skills required:

- 3+ years experience in social media marketing and copy writing. Writing portfolio will be required.
- Strong understanding of how social media works. Especially, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
- Experience within Content Management, Content Planning, Social Media / Viral Marketing, Content Analysis, Community Management, Ad platforms
- Excellent Copywriting skills
- Experience using Hootsuite or equivalent scheduling tools, social media analytics and reporting. Ability to identify trends from analytics and optimize campaign accordingly.
- Hands on experience using Canva to create highly engaging social media creatives
- Good communication and collaborative skills

Add-on skill/ Good to have:

- Create social media creatives on Canva following design principles and brand guidelines

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
