**Roles And Responsibilities;**
- Research and Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities for our NGO. Utilize various resources, including online databases, corporate websites, and networking platforms, to identify relevant funding prospects
- Donor Engagement: Support in maintaining and cultivating relationships with current and prospective donors. Assist in preparing donor communication materials such as thank-you letters, impact reports, and newsletters to keep donors engaged and informed about our work
- Fundraising Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, including donor cultivation events, fundraising campaigns, and online crowdfunding initiatives. Help with logistics, promotion, and donor stewardship during events
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and databases. Ensure donor information, interactions, and contributions are properly documented for future reference and analysis
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the fundraising team and other departments within the organization to align fundraising strategies with programmatic objectives. Assist in developing innovative fundraising ideas and initiatives to maximize fundraising potential.

**Specific Job Skills & Values**:

- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify potential funding opportunities and prospects.
- Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, G-Suite, LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Passion for social causes and a strong commitment to the mission and values of the NGO.
- Previous experience or coursework in fundraising, grant writing, or non-profit management is preferred but not required.
