**Job description**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a **professional Commis/Line Cook/Chef**. The role requires cooking **Indian** and **continental** food. The Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen and for preparing, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the entire kitchen. The highest and most demanding standards of food safety and hygiene are required.
**Responsibilities**

- Cleaning and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen,
- Maintaining stringent standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Visit grocery stores to shop for groceries, ingredients, vegetables for required for cooking.
- manage inventory and order supplies,
- solely manage the entire kitchen
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- At least **5 years** of proven experience as a professional Chef or Cook in a **luxury hotel or a leading restaurant chain.**:
- Experience in a **multi-cuisine** restaurant preferred.
- **Certificate, diploma or degree in Culinary Arts** required.
- Must have a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Must have the ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to fluently read and follow recipes and instructions in the English Language.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
