**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

1. **Data Entry and Maintenance**
- Input and update data accurately in Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain and manage large datasets and ensure accuracy.
- Regularly clean and validate data to eliminate errors.

2. **Reporting and Dashboards**
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
- Create dynamic dashboards using PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Excel functions.
- Automate reports using formulas, VBA macros, or Power Query if required.

3. **Data Analysis**
- Perform basic to intermediate data analysis (e.g., sorting, filtering, using VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Provide actionable insights based on analysis.

4. **Documentation and Record Keeping**
- Maintain organized records of reports and datasets.
- Ensure proper file naming conventions and backup procedures.
- Prepare documentation or SOPs related to Excel-based processes.

5. **Collaboration and Communication**
- Coordinate with different departments to gather or share required data.
- Communicate findings clearly with team leads or management.
- Support team members with Excel-related issues or tasks.

6. **Data Security and Confidentiality**
- Ensure sensitive data is handled with confidentiality.
- Follow company guidelines for data storage and sharing.

**Skills and Tools Required**
- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, functions, PivotTables, charts, conditional formatting).
- Knowledge of advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
