Bengaluru Karnataka, India EXCEL CARE HOSPITAL Full time

1. Responsible for preparation of all statutory documents in the prescribed format i.e. VAT, PT, TDS etc., and to ensure that all statutory returns are filed in co-ordination with the Auditors/consultants in charge.

2. To be responsible for:
a) Safe custody of all cash and cheque-books.

3. To arrange periodical internal/external audits of accounts and deal with objections/observation raised by such audit.

4. Ensure salary statements are prepared well in advance, facilitating the management to proceed with necessary action by coordinating with HRD and dispense the same after approval of HOD

5. To prepare monthly financial reports i.e., Monthly financial reports, P & L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, Costing Analysis, information for budgeting and other related reports to auditor.

6. Checking daily collections and fund status, Co-ordination with collections.

7. Allocating funds based on requirements of the hospital.

8. Arranging funds for the hospital, LC Limit, Loans etc.

9. Ensure proper Bank reconciliations.

10. Ensure the payments are released with proper authorizations.

11. Co-ordination with consultants for their data requirements.

12. Authorizing the hospital payment, expenses and suppliers

13. Entering and checking all data entry in tally.

14. Ensure all statutory returns are filed in co-ordination with the Auditors/consultants in charge.

15. Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (required)
- Tax experience: 2 years (required)
- Accounting software: 2 years (required)
- Financial accounting: 3 years (required)
