Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to support the Procurement Department by facilitating the execution of various Source to Pay Processes (Opportunity Assessment, Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchase to Pay) across all United Breweries Units.

This involves actively collaborating with several stakeholders within the organisation and being able to understand the E2E procurement Process in order to execute some of those processes (Like Purchase Order for instance) or support changes, new ways of working implementation. The selected applicant will have to coordinate activities with UB outsourcing partner.

Job Responsibilities:

- Executing some processes within the Source to Pay Process
- Supporting Projects destined to implement new Ways of Working across UB Units
- Clearly Communicating new ways of working with the different Stakeholders
- Training / Explaining new Ways of Working
- Bringing efficiency in the treatment of Requests from Units (Reduced leadtime from requests to orders)
- Rationalising the spend from Units through vendors/spend consolidation, benchmarking across Units
- Improving the execution of S2P processes by leading improvement projects for units to solve current issues (Prices error,)
- Implementing sustainable solutions to shorten further leadtime of requests processing
