**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a seamless and personalized experience from entry to seating.
- **Reservation Management**: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and ensure timely service.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- **Hostess Duties**: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist in explaining menu items if needed.
- **Coordination with Staff**: Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service standards.
- **Ambiance Maintenance**: Ensure the reception and dining areas are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
- **Guest Feedback**: Gather feedback from guests and report any issues to management to continuously improve service quality.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold the brand image of PUNO by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hostess or guest relation executive in a fine dining restaurant, lounge, or club.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- **Appearance**: Well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to the company’s grooming standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle guest complaints and concerns calmly and efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
