**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are currently looking for dynamic, self motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward. As a guest relations associate you are responsible to provide professional and guest focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to any questions and requests of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
- Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, )
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and colleague.
- Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
- Ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
- Examine activities logbook, follow assigned tasks appropriately.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Working experience in hospitality industry preferred. Fresher can also apply
- Familiarity and interest in industry’s latest trends
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
- Education in hospitality management, business administration or related field
