We are looking for a skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
