Duty Manager

Position Overview:

As a Duty Manager responsible for managing multiple properties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation and exceptional guest experiences across the properties under your supervision. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities, manage staff, and coordinate various departments within each property to maintain high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee the overall operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of each property, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure efficient front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, guest requests, and resolving issues or complaints.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate property staff across multiple locations, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance or disciplinary issues.
• Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.

Guest Satisfaction:

• Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, excellent service, and a memorable experience at each property.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking prompt action to address any concerns and implement improvements.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout all areas of the properties.

Financial Management:

• Assist in developing and managing budgets for each property, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates, revenue, and overall profitability.

Coordination and Communication:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments within each property and across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with the central management team and other duty managers to share information, best practices, and implement company-wide initiatives.
• Attend meetings, participate in training programs, and stay updated on industry trends and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property management, including experience overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of property operations, industry standards, and regulations.
• Proficient in using property management software and computer systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and travel between property locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹30,000.00 per month
