**Job Summary**: We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate them into design solutions, and ensure the final product is both visually appealing and highly functional. Proficiency in Adobe XD is essential for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Adobe XD.
- **Interaction Design**: Develop interactive elements and animations to enhance the user experience.
- **User Testing**: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- **Design Systems**: Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- **Documentation**: Document design processes, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
