We seek a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into user-friendly experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Prototyping**:

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate research insights into actionable design decisions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and their implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- **Design Systems**:

- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design and maintain the brand’s visual identity.
- **Testing and Iteration**:

- Gather feedback on designs through reviews, testing, and analytics.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback to enhance the user experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
